Peach Bellini

• 1 bottle of mix

• 2.5 gal – water

• 3.75 L – Champagne (5 standard bottles)

• 1 L – Rum

• ½ L – Peach Schnapps

Peach Margarita or Daquiri

• 1 bottle of mix

• 2.5 gal – water

• 2 L – Tequila or Rum for Peach Margaritas or Peach Daiquiris

Combine all ingredients in a 5-gallon mixing container, stir or shake vigorously, and carefully pour into margarita or slush machine; vent mixing container after shaking a few times to allow gas from champagne to escape (for Peach Bellinis)

Makes 56-70 8-ounce drinks with alcohol mixed in, or 48 non-alcoholic Peach slushies
