Where can the machines be set up?

Machines will come on a rolling cart and can remain on the cart during use. The machines are very heavy and cannot be rolled through any rough terrain (gravel, grass, uneven surfaces etc) or carried up stairs (more than 1-2 steps). If you would like the machine in your backyard, a smooth path leading to the backyard or space through the house is required.
The machines are best used indoors when temperatures are higher than 90 degrees F.

Can I use my own extension cord?

All machines require a normal household plug (115V). If an extension cord is required, we will provide a 12-gauge extension cord for optimal performance. Standard house-hold extension cords cannot be utilized.

Do I need to purchase ice for the machine?

The machines are self-freezing and do not require ice. You can adjust the slush’s texture to suit your preferences.

What do I need for pick-up?

For customer machine pick-up, a truck and cart are required for easy handling. If you are placing the machine in the back of the vehicle, it is recommended to utilize tie-downs to keep in place.

Do your machines come with alcohol?

Every order includes a frozen drink machine, your choice of premium mix, 50 cups, 50 straws, and an extension cord (optional). Customer provides alcohol of choice. Recipes can be found in the Flavor section of our website.

Our syrups are made with organic ingredients and taste amazing with or without alcohol!

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Credit card fees will be deducted from your refund.
