Mojito Recipe:

• 1 bottle mix

• 2.5 gallons water

• 1.75 liters Rum

Combine all ingredients in a 5-gallon mixing container, stir vigorously, and carefully pour into machine.

Recipe makes 70-80 8-ounce drinks with alcohol or 60 non-alcoholic slushies.
